Our researchers are all graduate professionals. With our focus on global research we take on a high proportion of suitably qualified overseas researchers, and we prefer fluency in at least one other language.

We have in house Design, Marketing, IT, Finance and HR teams supporting the core business. Our talent knows no ends.

We were one of the 1st five research companies to take up the Professional Development Training Scheme in conjunction with the MRS and are now an MRS accredited centre where exams can be taken on the premises. More senior staff can benefit from progression through the Cello Academy.
